how to follow a product

  1. find the jellycat product you want to follow and copy the url for the page on their website

  2. navigate to the jellycat message in our role picker channel in discord HERE
  3. tap "Follow a product"

  4. a pop up will appear to enter that url you copied earlier

  6. after it processes it will give you a success message

  7. now you just wait for your followed item to restock! when it does you will get a message from our bot in your discord messages that looks like this

common issues & fixes

"I clicked a link and it says I have been blocked"

this is a common indicator that you have clicked on an item that is locked behind Purrk rewards. Some Purrk rewards can be added to cart but some give the error.

Yes, but not all Purrk rewards. Some will give you the error mentioned above.

When does Jellycat restock?

Jellycat restocks on the official US site often land around 1:00am Eastern, though timing can vary by product and retailer. twinkletown Jellycat restock alerts notify you in Discord as soon as our monitors detect a change, so you do not have to refresh the site overnight.
